Everblight WIP

I haven't painted dragons in a long while, and am tired of staring at pewter.  Also tired of painting Menoth and need a break :P

Here's some wings that I whipped up.  Should have the 2 angelius's and the afflictor and mayne a naga done tomorrow.

MWG Tyrannofexes Complete!

They're all done!  Here are Matt from Miniwargaming's new Tyrannofexes!  Super fun to do three huge monsters at once!

If he likes them, I may get some more work from MWG...let me know what you think!

WIP Tyrannofex for MWG

So, I'm doing a trio for Tyrannofexes for Matt over at Minwargaming.  I've also just got my new Patriot 105.  So, here's the start to get these dudes painted.  Base coat and highlights are done.  I need to shade in the shells and give the body a wash, then pick out the neat fleshy bits.

Warriors of Chaos - Chaos Lord

This is the plastic kit that came out when WoC were redone for 8th Edition Warhammer Fantasy.  I will end up making my army match him in color choices.

The metallics were different for me; I used a number of weathering pigments to get the tones that I wanted instead of acrylic or oil washes.

I think he got a gold in a local painting competition.

June is a Terrible time to paint

But an awesome time for the outdoors!

All I have finished is a unit of Daughters of the Flame.  Here's a bad picture of them :)
